Are you passionate about motorcycles and great with people? Franks Motorcycles is looking for a Part-Time Showroom Assistant to help keep our showroom running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of motorcycles, a willingness to learn about the models in our stock portfolio, and a full motorcycle licence.

🏍 Keep online and in-store adverts up to date, ensuring accurate and engaging descriptions
🏍 Assist customers in the showroom, providing excellent service and sharing knowledge about motorcycles
🏍 Answer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
🏍 Ensure the showroom is well-presented and organised
🏍 Support the sales team with day-to-day operations
🏍 Learn about the motorcycles in stock to provide informed recommendations to customers
🏍 Move and handle motorcycles safely when required

✅ A good understanding of motorcycles and a willingness to learn about our stock portfolio
✅ Full motorcycle licence is required
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to keep adverts accurate and engaging
✅ Confident in speaking to customers and handling enquiries
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
