- Franks Motorcycles aims to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination within the UK and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided upon checkout, but please note that unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.
- Shipping Methods:
- We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery services within the United Kingdom.
- Customers can choose their preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs within the UK are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and the selected shipping method.

- Delivery Tracking:

- Delivery Address:

- Franks Motorcycles is not liable for any delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
- Delivery Restrictions:
- We currently only offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Returns Policy:
- Returns Eligibility:
- Franks Motorcycles accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item to request a return authorisation (RA) number.
- Customers can contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@franksmotorcycles.com or by phone at 01206 696944.
- Once the RA number is issued, customers must securely package the item(s) and ship them back to Franks Motorcycles within 14 days.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
